Ker. HC: Approach Court of Lowest Forum when Concurrent Revisional Jurisdiction is Available - 02.11.2023

Kerala High Court has held that it is just and appropriate for a party to invoke jurisdiction of the Court of Sessions first, where the revision is possible by both High Court and Sessions Court, albeit there is no bar for High Court to entertain revision filed without exhaustion of lower forum.
