SC: Plaint Can’t be Rejected in Part - 01.11.2023

Supreme Court while observing that a Plaint can’t be rejected in part under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC, has held that the true test is first to read the plaint meaningfully and as a whole, and if the plaint doesn’t discloses a cause of action, the plaint shall be rejected.
