MP HC: Sensitive WhatsApp Chat Won’t Attract Offence u/s 153A Unless Two Religious Group Involved - 31.10.2023

Madhya Pradesh High Court has held that no charge under Section 153A and Section 505(5) of IPC is made out if a sensitive message was received on WhatsApp and the same was not made public or transferred to the member of other religion and community.
