NGT Slaps Rs 5 Lakh Fine on Govt. Bodies over Traffic Chaos and Air Pollution - 19.05.2016

National Green Tribunal (NGT), while taking strong note of traffic chaos and air pollution near Kaushambi Bus Terminal on Delhi border, has imposed a penalty of Rs 5 lakh on the public authorities in Ghaziabad for “failing to discharge their statutory duties".
