Supreme Court Stays NCDRC's 12% Interest Penalty on Unitech - 21.08.2015

Supreme Court has stayed order of National Consumers' Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) imposing a penalty on real estate developer Unitech Ltd. for delay in handing over flats to the buyers.
