SC to Maharashtra Speaker: Decide Disqualification Petitions by Dec. 31 - 31.10.2023

Supreme Court has directed Maharashtra Legislative Assembly Speaker to decide the disqualification petitions filed in relation to Shiv Sena rift by December 31, 2023 and the Nationalist Congress Party rift by January 31, 2024.
