SC: Delhi HC Not Barred from Hearing Plea Challenging LG's Order Terminating Services of Consultants - 31.10.2023

Supreme Court has clarified that its order dated 20.07.2023 (MANU/SC/0781/2023
) didn’t consider correctness of termination of appointments, and thus Delhi High Court could not be barred from considering a petition challenging the Lieutenant Governor's order terminating services of a consultant.
