SC Rejects Manish Sisodia’s Bail Plea in Delhi Excise Policy Scam Case - 30.10.2023

Supreme Court has denied bail to former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia who is in custody since February in Delhi Excise Policy Scam case. However, the Court noted that Sisodia will be entitled to file an application for bail within three months if the trial proceeds sloppily or slowly.
