JKL HC: Detention Orders on Irrelevant Grounds are Violative of Constitutional Rights - 27.10.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that inclusion of an irrelevant, non-existent, obscure, or vague ground is an invasion of the constitutional rights of the detenu entitling him to approach the Court for relief.
