Ker. HC: Supervisory Jurisdiction Can’t be Invoked for Appeal Against Order in Interim Application - 26.10.2023

Kerala High Court has held that High Court can’t invoke supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 in appeal against order by DRT passed in an interim application, as the same is appealable before the Appellate Tribunal, under Section 18 of the SARFAESI Act.
