Mad. HC: To Bring an Act as Preparatory Terrorist Act, it Must be Proximate to Intended Result - 26.10.2023

Madras High Court while grating bail to eight members of PFI accused under UAPA for conspiring to commit terrorist act, has held that in order to bring any act as preparatory act to commit terrorist act, it must be proximate to the intended result.
