Tel. HC: S.22A of Registration Act Doesn’t Violate Article 300A of Constitution - 23.10.2023

Telangana High Court has held that the action of non-registration of a document under Section 22A of Registration Act, 1908 does not prevent a person of the right to enjoy his property; therefore, the contention that Section 22A violates Article 300A of Constitution is misconceived.
