JKL HC: Director’s Resignation to Take Immediate Effect if No indication About Same in AoA - 23.10.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that in the absence of any indication as regards the effect of resignation in the Articles of Association (AoA), a resignation by Director would take effect immediately.
