SC to Centre/States: Ensure the Effective Implementation of the Provisions of POSH - 20.10.2023

Supreme Court has issued directions to Central Government and State Governments to ensure effective implementation of POSH, especially regarding the appointment of ‘District Officer’ as per Section 5 of the Act.
