Del. HC: Notification Barring use of Donor Gametes Violates Rights of a Married Infertile Couple - 18.10.2023

Delhi High Court has held that notification issued by Central Government that bars the use of donor gametes for couple wanting to undergo surrogacy is violates right to parenthood of married infertile couple discriminating between citizens based on their ability to produce gametes.
