Del. HC: Single Judge Must Decide Petitions Against Orders of IPAB - 18.10.2023

Delhi High Court has held that as per Intellectual Property Division Rules, 2021, writ petitions challenging orders passed by the Intellectual Property Appellate Board (IPAB) must be decided by single judges.
