Del. HC: Section 4(iii)(c)(i) of Surrogacy Act Cannot be Applied Retrospectively - 18.10.2023

Delhi High Court has held that 4(iii)(c)(i) of Surrogacy 2021 Ac, which imposes age restriction on intending parents, can’t be applied retrospectively, has held that individuals who have already undergone Assisted Reproductive Technology process prima facie can’t be disqualified due to the age bar.
