P&H HC to State: Use AI to Examine Pending Cases with Similar Cases Which are Already Settled - 17.10.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court while observing that in several cases litigation is unnecessarily coming up before the Court in spite of settled law, has stated that artificial intelligence can be used by State so that similar cases can be identified and be disposed of accordingly.
