SC in Manish Sisodia’s Bail Application: Can’t Keep Someone Behind Bar Ad Infinitum - 17.10.2023

Supreme Court while observing that arguments on charges have not begun before the special courts trying the case of Manish Sisodia in Delhi excise policy scam case, has stated that they cannot keep someone behind ad infinitum because agency is not clear on when they want to argue on charge.
