Ker. HC: Abusing Over Phone Doesn’t Constitute Offence u/s 294(b) of IPC - 16.10.2023

Kerala High Court while relying on the dictum laid down in James Jose v. State of Kerala (MANU/KE/2645/2019
) has held that even if the person uses abusive words over the phone, that will not attract an offence under section 294(b) IPC.
