Delhi HC Seeks Centre’s Response on Surcharge on Debit, Credit Card Payments - 18.05.2016

Delhi HC has sought response of Centre and RBI on a plea against "illegal" surcharge levied on transactions done through debit and credit cards across the country while no such charge is imposed on cash payments.
