Del. HC: Proceedings U/S 18 and 20 of HAMA are Not Suits - 13.10.2023

Delhi High Court has held that maintenance proceedings under Section 18 and 20 of HAMA dealing with maintenance of wife, children and aged parents, are not suits and therefore ad valorem court fee is not liable to be paid in such cases.
