Mad. HC: Reluctance in Hospitals for Non-Relatives Organ Transplant Due to Lack of Awareness - 13.10.2023

Madras High Court has observed that Court has reasons to believe that apprehensions and reluctance of hospitals here to entertain organ transplantation between non-relatives is more due to inadequate awareness on the law on the topic, and situation requires proper legal education on the subject.
