Kar. HC: Failure to Notify Victim of the Bail Application Amount to Violation of his Rights - 13.10.2023

Karnataka High Court has held that failure of Court and prosecution to notify victim of bail application of accused leads to violation of the victim's rights, has issued directions to be followed by trial courts and the prosecution to ensure effective compliance with Section 439(1A) of CrPC.
