Bom. HC: Dancing Provocatively While Wearing Short Skirts Not Per Se Obscene - 13.10.2023

Bombay High Court has held that female dancers dancing provocatively wearing short skirts can’t be termed to be per se obscene acts, and observed that such manner of dressing can be seen in films or at beauty pageants held in broad public view, without causing annoyance to any audience.
