SC Stays Retrospective Application of Provision Enabling the Transfer of Teachers - 12.10.2023

Supreme Court has restricted the retrospective application of Section 10C of West Bengal School Service Commission Act, 1997 that enables the State Government to transfer a teacher from one school to another at their behest.
