SC: Accused has No Right to Produce Any Material at Time of Framing of Charge and Taking Cognizance - 12.10.2023

Supreme Court has held that at the time of framing of charge and taking cognizance, the accused has no right to produce any material and call upon the court to examine the same, and court should base its decision solely on the chargesheet material provided by the prosecution.
