Del. HC: No Prolongation Compensation if Contractor Didn't Reserve Claim at Time of the EOT - 11.10.2023

Delhi High Court has held that Contractor can be denied compensation for the prolongation of the contract, if he did not reserve its right to such compensation at the time of the seeking Extension of Time (EOT).
