P&H HC: Owner of Property Can’t be Divested from Possession Based on Use of Land - 10.10.2023

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that Municipal Corporation can’t change the nature of the property to dump site merely because garbage is thrown on it by the public, as the possession on the plot will always vests with owner and such acts of public won’t divest true owner from its possession.
