SC Asks Jiah Khan’s Mother to Move Bombay HC for SIT Probe - 18.05.2016

SC has denied to stay trial court proceedings against Bollywood actor Sooraj Pancholi in Jiah Khan suicide case and asked her mother to approach the Bombay High Court with her fresh plea seeking relief including an SIT probe into the incident.
