SC Closes Pending Cases Against 'Adipurush' Movie - 10.10.2023

Supreme Court has closed the proceedings pending before different high Courts related to ’Adipursh’ movie and observed that that all the proceedings are futile exercise as the film was released pursuant to the certification of the competent authority constituted under Cinematograph Act, 1952.
