SC: Can’t Claim EWS Quota if Certificates are Not Provided in Prescribed Format Before Cut Off Date - 09.10.2023

Supreme Court has held that UPSC can reject a candidate’s claim for EWS quota if he fails to provide the certificates in the prescribed format before the cut off date.
