SC: No High Court Shall Deny Access to VC Facility or Hearing Through Hybrid Facility - 09.10.2023

Supreme Court has directed that no High Court shall deny access to video conference facility or hearing through hybrid facility to any member of the bar and has granted a period of two weeks to comply with the order of the Apex Court.
