SC: S.50 of NDPS Act Only Applicable for Search of Physical Person and Not Artificial Unit - 09.10.2023

Supreme Court while summarizing the principles for search of a person under NDPS Act, has held that the scope of Section 50 is applicable only to a natural person and not an artificial person i.e. a bag or a briefcase.
