Del. HC: Agreement b/w UIDAI and Organisations Handling Grievance Redressal Comes Under Ambit of RTI - 06.10.2023

Delhi High Court has held that there is nothing inappropriate in disclosing, under RTI Act, the agreements entered into between UIDAI and external organisations engaged in handling the grievance redressal mechanism of the statutory body, except the details relating to NDAs entered into.
