JH HC: Difficult to Get Documentary Evidence for Money Exchanged at Time of Marriage - 06.10.2023

Jharkhand High Court has held that even in the absence of documentary evidence to prove payment of money and gold, oral evidence of the parties if found believable, can be relied upon for granting relief, as it may be difficult to get documentary evidence for transactions done in matrimonial cases.
