Del. HC: Court Monitored Probe Shouldn’t be Employed in Routine Manner - 06.10.2023

Delhi High Court while observing that court-monitored investigation is a significant measure and must be employed where State appears either ignorant or non-cognizant of issues, has held that resorting to such an investigation without substantial reasoning could inadvertently diminish its efficacy.
