Kar. HC: Exclusion of Married Daughter from Being Eligible for Compassionate Appointment is Valid - 05.10.2023

Karnataka High Court has held that LIC Recruitment of Staff Instructions excluding a married daughter from being eligible for appointment on compassionate basis will be presumed to be valid and enforceable in the absence of any challenge being laid to their validity.
