Bom HC: Bone Ossification Test Required Only When Victim’s Age is Border Line with Majority Age - 05.10.2023

Bombay High Court while observing that the question of the ossification test comes when the girl is on the borderline, has held that the testimony of the victim’s parent would be also important in that respect as they have the knowledge of the date of birth of the daughter.
