Ker. HC: Legal Advice After Expiry of Limitation Period Not a Ground to Condone Delay - 05.10.2023

Kerala High Court has held that subsequent legal advice cannot be accepted as a cause to condone the delay in instituting proceedings in terms of Section 5 of the Limitation Act, for if the subsequent legal advice is accepted as the cause, it would defeat the very object of the Limitation Act.
