Ker. HC: Criminal Practice Rules not in consonance with Technological Advancements of Present Times - 04.10.2023

Kerala High Court has observed that Rule 184 of Criminal Rules of Practice, 1982 ought to be amended and provision should also be made for digitizing the registers and records, in consonance with the recent technological developments, to prevent the stalemate of cases.
