SC: ED Must Furnish Ground of Arrest in Writing at the Time of Arrest - 04.10.2023

Supreme Court while observing that Directorate of Enforcement (ED) is not expected to be vindictive in its conduct, has held that it would be necessary for ED that a copy of written grounds of arrest is furnished to the arrested person as a matter of course and without exception.
