AP HC: Injunction Can’t be Granted on Mere Asking - 03.10.2023

Andhra Pradesh High Court while expressing concern over civil courts passing injunction orders 'without considering essential legal ingredients', has observed that the petitioner will have to prove that an order is necessary to preserve the existing state of things till a final hearing takes place.
