Bom. HC: Magistrate Needn’t Provide Additional Reasons for Amount of Interim Compensation Awarded - 29.09.2023

Bombay High Court has held that as long as requirements provided in Section 143A of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 are met, Magistrate is not obligated to assign additional reasons for the amount of interim compensation awarded in cheque dishonour cases.
