Ker. HC: Detention Order Under KAPPA 2007 must be Confirmed Within 3 Months from Date of Execution - 29.09.2023

Kerala High Court while observing that Article 22(4) of Constitution doesn’t create an embargo for detention beyond 3 months, has held that State must confirm the detention order issued under Kerala Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act (KAAPA 2007) within 3 months from date of its execution.
