Ker. HC: Roads are Ordinarily Deserted During Night; Likelihood of Causing Death by Accident is Less - 29.09.2023

Kerala High Court while modifying charges against a biker from Section 304 of IPC to Section 304A, has observed that accused was not driving during busy hours rather he was driving during night when the roads are ordinarily deserted and likelihood of causing death by accident is far less.
