Del. HC: Severity of Offence Can’t Disentitle Foreigner to Get Parole for Filing SLP - 28.09.2023

Delhi High Court has held that right of a convicted foreigner to file a Special Leave Petition before the Supreme Court can’t be denied merely on the basis of severity of the offence or the availability of free legal aid.
