Bom. HC: There Should be Some Accountability Fixed on Courts in Cases of Prolonged Incarceration - 28.09.2023

Bombay High Court has expressed that some accountability deserves to be fixed on the courts, who are in seized of such trials wherein the accused are incarcerated for a long time.
