SC: Can’t Allow Revision Petition u/s 115 CPC Against Trail Court Order Rejecting Review of Decree - 28.09.2023

Supreme Court has held that where an appealable decree has been passed in a suit, no revision should be entertained under Section 115 of the CPC against a subordinate court’s order rejecting on merits a review of that decree.
