JKL HC: Offences Under PoC Act can be Invoked Against Person Discharging Public Duty - 27.09.2023

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that offences under Prevention of Corruption (PoC) Act can be invoked not only against a public servant but also against a person, who by virtue of his office has been discharging 'public duty'.
